Her journey in the software industry began in 2004 when she chose to join a local scale-up in Stavanger, swiftly progressing from an application advisor to a board member and Director of the Global Center of Excellence. Notably, the software she worked on is now owned by DNV.
Throughout her illustrious career, Linn has held various management positions, served in senior advisory roles, and actively contributed to risk committees and M&A processes.
Her exceptional leadership as a CEO led her team to achieve the largest oil discovery on the NCS during the pandemic. Additionally, she currently holds multiple board positions, leveraging her expertise in strategic risk management and digitalization.
