As part of the ambition to strengthen the Frøya Ventures ecosystem, a board- and expertise network has been established to fast-track value creation, reduce investment portfolio risk and accelerate the positive societal impact that comes from increasing the number of women in leadership and board positions. To ensure broad perspectives, the expertise network also includes a number of young professionals, who in addition to their capability set, hold a specific challenger role.
The Frøya Ventures networks consists of highly skilled women with a competence and experience set that is relevant for the investment segments Frøya Ventures is targeting. The current members have broad, deep and/or varied experience and stem from a diverse set of companies, industries and backgrounds. As Frøya Ventures develops, our networks will be expanded with additional talented and interesting profiles who stand out professionally and are passionate about the ambitions and values Frøya Ventures represents.

Gørild Wold Wegger
As a Senior Partner at Maze Feedback AS, Gørild guides clients toward frontline excellence using an advanced training app integrating continuous customer feedback. With 18+ years in IT and 10 years in services, she excels in sales, coaching, and management, boasting expertise in sales performance and project management. Gøril holds a Professional Board Member certificate from “The Board Company”, and her experience includes professional and non-profit boards. Beyond work, she is committed to volunteerism and conflict resolution, organizing Erasmus+ youth exchanges and co-founding Sport4Understanding. Her passion for positive impact is evident both professionally and personally.

Anne Gry Ringen
Anne Gry is Partner & Co-founder of Crown Defenze AS with extensive experience from Norway and Singapore, serving as CEO, Chief Security Officer and Marketing Director. She held board positions in shipping and NGOs and is Chair of the Board in Norway’s largest gender equality campaign “Arnekampanjen”. She has extensive expertise in strategic security management, maritime security, cybersecurity, security culture and risk states, as well as psychology and insider threats. Anne Gry is also a former equestrian athlete and is known as an energetic leader with high integrity. She holds a BA in marketing and an MA in organizational psychology, security and conflict studies from the Norwegian Business school.

Ingrid Sølvberg
Ingrid is an experienced executive with 30 years in the energy industry including executive roles in Equinor, Vår Energi, Centrica Norway and the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. She has broad expertise within executive leadership, development and communication of company ambitions and strategies, and organisational improvement and change. She is passionate about innovation, technology, people, leadership and organisations. Ingrid holds board roles in Stavanger Concert Hall IKS, Lyse AS, Blue House AS, VECS AS, Optimarin AS, ONS Foundation and the Norwegian Petroleum Society (NPF), and is managing director of her company Silver Mountain AS. She holds a Master of Science in naval architecture & marine technology from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology.

Hilde Fagerli Pihl
Hilde is SVP Functional Center of Excellence in Equinor and is a senior executive with broad experience from the energy sector, the retail business, and the automotive industry. She has led large global organisations, has run major global change programs with significant financial and cultural impact and has been instrumental in both company sales and exit processes. Her experience includes executive leadership positions with P&L responsibility, and executive roles both within shared service and Human Resources. She is recognized as a leader with a genuine passion for people, diversity and inclusion, and held several board positions in the Scandinavian countries.

Trine Strømsnes
Trine currently serves as the CEO of Cisco Norway. Her professional path has over the years included a variety of roles, both within and beyond Cisco’s realm, spanning sales, sales management, strategic marketing leadership, and business development. With a significant portion of her career spent internationally, Trine has collaborated closely with companies and public sector entities, leveraging technology to drive meaningful business outcomes. Known for her seasoned leadership and commitment to the transformative potential of technology, she is equally passionate about championing diversity and inclusion, recognizing their pivotal role in driving innovation both within organizations and in society at large.

Trine Svalestad
Trine, a lawyer by training and a passionate change maker at heart, currently holds the position of SVP Strategy and Transition at Aker Solutions. With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, she has led transformative initiatives in supply chain, digitalization, competence development, business integrity, sustainability, and strategy. Possessing an adaptive mindset and exceptional project management skills, she excels in fostering collaboration across disciplines. Trine’s insatiable curiosity, humility, and eagerness to innovate have shaped her dynamic professional journey, enriched by lessons from both triumphs and setbacks. She is deeply committed to team development, inclusion, effective communication, and implementing impactful change leadership strategies.

Mamta Malhotra
With more than 23 years of cross-industry IT consultancy experience, Mamta is a seasoned professional dedicated to advancing strategic excellence and fostering innovation in the digital realm. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of competencies; and she consistently excels in expertly managing complex IT portfolios, seamlessly aligning technology initiatives with overarching business objectives. Mamta possesses a deep understanding of strategy formulation, execution, and an acute ability to identify growth opportunities while driving transformative change. With an educational foundation including an Executive MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and education, as well as a PMP certification, Mamta seamlessly combines technology and business acumen.

Gunilla Resare
Gunilla is a marketing and communications executive who holds the role as Chief Marketing Officer in Abelia. She has more than 20 years of experience from IT consultancy and the tech industry and is passionate about business development and innovation. Throughout her career, she has orchestrated the development and execution of both marketing and communication strategies and has also spearheaded a significant number of product and service launches. In 2022, she added author to her accolades when she published a biography about the first female engineer in Sweden. Some of her key expertise areas include brand building, digital marketing, communication and public relations.

Cecilia Flatum
Cecilia is the leader for Deloitte Consulting, Norway, and is an award-winning executive. Her competence lies within strategy, problem solving, large transformations and diversity and inclusion. At Deloitte, Cecilia has also had international leadership roles, and she also had several board positions. Her purpose in life is to empower people to act courageously to make a positive impact on our future, whilst living a healthy life with her family. She uses her personal experience, when she pays it forward to the next generation, by being a mentor in a programs such as SHE Leads, within the sports industry and now Frøya Ventures.

Helene Grimstad
Helene is HR Director for Orkla House Care group, responsible for the people, culture and internal communication agenda across the organisation which covers the markets of Scandinavia, Benelux, and the UK. She has more than 15 years experience in HR management in various industries, including finance and consumer goods. Core competencies include HR strategy, performance management, talent management, labour law and employee relations, employee engagement, change management, structural change, culture change and matrix management. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HiO (Oslo Met) and a Master’s degree in HR management from Edinburgh Business School/Heriot Watt University.

Vibeke Riis
Vibeke is the Country Market Director for Environment & Health Norway at the global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company Rambøll. With a proven track record of delivering results, she brings a wealth of experience from consultancy and sustainability. Her expertise extends to organizational development, where she has successfully led and implemented sizeable initiatives. Business process improvements and strategic sustainability initiatives are also among her areas of expertise. Vibeke is adept at managing top-level operations, spearheading cross-functional teams, and driving business development endeavours forward with finesse. She is dedicated to fostering positive change and driving sustainable growth within her organization and beyond.

Didde Christensen
Didde is CTO at Karbon Invest. She has 20 years of tech experience from both consultancy and leading roles driving digital transformation within large organization. She specializes in implementing strategic IT visions, and solutions to drive business success. She is a Tech Enthusiast, passionate and curious about empowering companies with tailored IT strategies that fuel innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage. Her experience includes designing and executing IT strategies that optimize operations, enable scalability, enhance productivity, and drive business success. Some of her key expertise areas include Digital Transformation, Data and Service Platforms, System Integration and Application Modernization.

Kristin Lossius
Kristin has close to 20 years’ experience from leading roles in the Recruitment and Executive Search Industry, combined with long experience from the Professional Services Industry working as a consultant within Financial Accounting. She has provided advisory to a wide range of companies across a considerable number of industries. She has also been actively involved in establishing and building companies, with a special responsibility for recruitment, compliance and internal controls, professional training, as well as financial reporting. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, as well as a Master in Audit and Accounting, both from NHH.

Ingvild Kristiansen
Ingvild is the CEO of Stendi, a leading provider of care services, with a nationwide round-the-clock offering. Ingvild is a qualified nurse with experience from specialized healthcare services and in municipal health services, in both public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in change management and has led several major change projects with documented operational improvements and results. She has experience from strategic management, relationship management, political and social advocacy, as well as complex employment law issues. Ingvild has board experience from various boards in NHO and currently serves as the vice chair of the board in NHO Geneo.

Ragnhild Katteland
Ragnhild serves as CEO of Nexans Norway, coming from the position of Executive Vice President for a Business Group within Nexans which she held for 3.5 years. As a member of Nexans’ Executive Committee, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Ragnhild holds a Master of Science degree from the Technical University of Trondheim (NTH) and has since her graduation in 1993 held various leading positions, spanning global and local business within engineering, project management, sales, purchasing, and general management in Alcatel and Nexans. Her passion lies in driving sustainable business practices while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Guro Høyaas Løken
Guro serves as Managing Director of Windstaller Alliance, leading the delivery of service offerings for offshore renewables and marine operations. With more than 25 years of international experience, she has specialized in deepwater platform and mooring design, marine operations, and decommissioning across the oil and gas and renewables sectors. She has held executive roles as EVP FPSOs and SVP decommissioning & marine operations at Kvaerner ASA, as well as management positions at EMAS Chiyoda Subsea, Technip, Aker Marine Contractors and Aker Engineering. Guro holds a Master of Science in naval architecture and marine technology from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology.

Ellen Kathrine Lie
Ellen is a serial entrepreneur with several successful start-ups in her portfolio. She specializes in solar energy and batteries and has more than ten years of experience from this sector including build- up of large solar energy companies in Norway. Presently she works in AC/DC sun AS as business developer while embarking on a master’s in business development and sustainability. Lie knows more than how to build successful companies, she was previously a top-level athlete representing Norway internationally and securing several medals in the Norwegian ice-skating championship. Last but not least, Lie won the Norwegian TV-program “The Creator” in 2005.

Linnea Bergstrøm
Linnea has experience from startup and growth phases and has spearheaded market and development efforts laying the groundwork for Conversational AI, particularly within the telecommunications industry. She is passionate about work culture, sustainability, and the human dimension in the world of technology. Known for building strong relationships, she thrives as an outgoing and committed leader who has honed her leadership skills through project and team management, achieving top-tier performance in an organization growing from 10 to approximately 130 employees. In recognition of her contributions, she was named one of Norway’s top 50 tech women in 2020 by Abelia and ODA Network.

Gunvor Marie Dyrdal
Gunvor Marie, a trained psychologist with a Ph.D. in positive psychology from Norway and the USA, is involved in entrepreneurship both through her own startup and by assisting others. As an associate professor at NTNU, Gunvor leads mindfulness education and is passionate about creating fulfilling lives, increasing presence, fostering meaningful workplaces, and promoting good mental health. With extensive clinical experience, she is a seasoned lecturer and facilitator, as well as a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher. As a consultant, she develops leaders and organizations in conscious leadership and sustainable development. She contributes to setting direction and strategic goals through enlightening approaches and process-oriented methods.

Mille Marie Isaksen Lillemoen
Young challenger
Mille Marie is a passionate advocate for green transition, boasting four years of energy sector experience as commercial intern in DNO ASA, and in DNO Norway where she was seconded as Project Manager to ONS Young. She has worked as a Business Strategist in NAYA, a start-up employing women from Indian slum areas for AI-related data processing. Formerly, she served as Head of Business Relations at Boost Henne NTNU, promoting female entrepreneurship. Currently pursuing a dual Master’s degree in policies and governance at King’s College London and LUISS Rome, her expertise encompasses the green transition, geostrategy, and the EU Green Deal.

Kristina Renberg
Young challenger
Kristina is a young professional that is driven and a firm believer in equality through social sustainability. Today, she works for the decision makers of tomorrow as the Marketing and Communications Director at SiS, the student welfare organization in Stavanger. Besides work she is an active board member within several companies and is a regular columnist at the regional newspaper, writing about equality and her thoughts on society in general. She has a Bachelor’s in public relations and communications from Long Island University, New York, and has studied Big Data at NTNU and Marketing Management at the University of South-Eastern Norway.

Gunn Severinsen
Gunn is an experienced Group Lead and CEO, holding over 25 years of valuable experience from software and consultancy enterprises within the IT & Services sector. Her professional aptitude extends to a multitude of disciplines, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Strategy, Corporate Communications and Leadership. Gunn has cultivated a passion for diversity and inclusion, dedicating 15 years to this vital field. She has been an integral part of ODA Network, as board member, deputy chair, and jury member in the Top 50 Women in Tech award. Her aspiration is to empower talented women with entrepreneurial visions to establish sustainable and prosperous enterprises.

Marianne Andersen
Marianne is a Managing Consultant at the technology company Cegal. Her career is distinguished by extensive experience in domain-specific projects at the intersection of IT, business processes, and human elements, primarily within e oil and gas. In recent years, she has served as a project manager for digitalization initiatives and change projects in agile deliveries. Additionally, she holds the position of deputy leader at ODA South-West, focusing on promoting diversity in the IT industry. With a master’s degree in strategic marketing already under her belt, Marianne has recently completed an MBA degree specializing in strategy, management, and finance, further enhancing her expertise.

Siri Olstad
Siri is a lawyer with broad expertise from 23 years as corporate counsel in the energy industry. She now works as a sole proprietor at Legal Advokater AS, having previously practiced business law internationally for major suppliers in the energy sector. She served as corporate counsel for Aker Solutions, Subsea 7, Archer, and Aibel, providing legal advice across various regions. Siri has extensive board experience, including 5 years as board member and vice chair of South Rogaland branch of the Bar Association, and was recently appointed board chair of Nøste Energi AS. She graduated from the University of Bergen in 2001 and obtained her attorney license in 2012.
