Camilla Dybendal, founder in Frøya Ventures, took the stage representing Frøya Ventures to empower female entrepreneurs at NTNU as part of the Boost Henne initiative. The collaboration focuses on providing essential knowledge to female entrepreneurs. Boost Henne members learned about investors, funding stages, and the investment process, gaining insights into securing funding for their ventures.

Attendees included aspiring entrepreneurs from NTNU‘s master program and those with existing companies. Their diverse backgrounds enriched the learning environment, fostering collaboration and support.

Looking ahead, the vision is clear: to foster a thriving ecosystem where female entrepreneurs are not only empowered but also supported in their pursuit of success. By providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and networks.

Frøya Ventures and Boost Henne are paving the way for a future where gender parity in venture capital funding is not just a goal but a reality. One of the key challenges in achieving gender equality by 2030 is an alarming lack of financing with a staggering deficit in spending on gender-equality measures.
