Kathryn began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she honed her skills in investment banking and developed a keen eye for identifying high-potential opportunities. She later transitioned to private equity, serving as a partner at Reiten & Co, one of the leading private equity firms in Scandinavia. During her tenure, Kathryn played a pivotal role in managing investments, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs, driving value creation across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and energy. In addition to her role at Reiten & Co, Kathryn has held numerous board positions, providing strategic guidance and oversight to selected companies. Her governance expertise is complemented by her active involvement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, where she has mentored and supported many startups, helping them navigate the complexities of growth and scaling.
