With an impressive track record in developing new business areas and commercial models across various sectors, Kyllenstjerna brings a strategic and deeply commercial mindset to everything she does. Her leadership roles at Yara International, where she served as SVP Food Chain and Global Key Accounts, as well as her tenures at PostNord, Bring, and Orkla, showcase her ability to build scalable, revenue-generating business models grounded in customer needs and future-focused innovation. Kyllenstjerna has been instrumental in driving PostNord’s growth in e-commerce, managing major retailers like Komplett, Zalando, Ellos, Amazon, and NetOnNet.

Kyllenstjerna’s mission to save the world began at an early age. Initially pursuing law to fight for justice, she found it unfulfilling and switched to business economics. Her career started in food companies, focusing on marketing, sales, and innovation, where she learned the power of external deadlines in driving innovation. She then consciously chose to enter a new industry, spending the next 10 years in logistics and eCommerce, building a home delivery setup from scratch. Her key takeaway from this period was that a motivated and enthusiastic team can achieve remarkable feats. At Yara International ASA, Kyllenstjerna focused on creating business models to decarbonize the food value chain. She believes in collaboration, challenging norms, and having fun every day.
