The Empower Equity gathering united visionary investors, policymakers, female talent, and changemakers from across Europe — all driven by a shared mission: to strengthen equity, inclusion, and opportunity within the investment ecosystem. The discussions and insights exchanged were both inspiring and transformative. Frøya Ventures left energized and more committed than ever to advancing our mission of empowering female entrepreneurs and fostering a more balanced venture landscape.
