She Builds Academy is part of Frøya Ventures’ broader mission to help more women build, scale and access capital. The academy is designed to give founders a practical and inspiring introduction to investor readiness, business development and the founder journey — while connecting participants to a wider community of founders, mentors, operators and investors.

The pilot is developed by Frøya Ventures with financial support from Innovation Norway, and is the first step in building a larger platform for female entrepreneurship.

Through the digital academy, participants will be introduced to key themes relevant for early-stage and growth-oriented founders, including how to move from idea to business, how to think about scaling, and how to better understand what investors look for.

This pilot is important to us because we believe more female founders should have access to the knowledge, networks and confidence needed to build ambitious companies. We also see the pilot as a valuable opportunity to learn from participants, gather feedback and continue developing She Builds into a strong long-term platform for women who want to create, lead and scale businesses.
