We welcome new sustainability-oriented legal frameworks, such as the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the Taxonomy Regulation, and we link the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to our financial due diligence processes and investment decisions. The new regulations make finance an even more powerful tool in creation of overall value.
We have tailored our investment due diligence process to meet high ESG standards. Through impactful positions such as board directorships, we aim to purposefully use our influence to implement ESG polices and standard operating procedures in our portfolio companies.
